Hi Eric,

Thanks, Seems that during the upgrade /etc/vnc was changed to 
/etc/vnc.rpmsave without being replaced. However there is another file 
that is identical to /etc/vnc called /etc/vncts .
But by changing vnc.rpmsave to just vnc it works fine.
