[K12OSN] print management + on confirm print

Thanks for the help, but I was reading into CUPS and pykota, didn´t get into it
that much right after I send this question out.

But all I wanted was a simple print job spool with a automatic pause, and resumed
only by the administrator.
I don´t think accounts will be good for 300 students, too much administration work
for a stress around type of solution.

If anybody know anything that can get to this result please tell me.
