[K12OSN] Area Wide user Group. Was - Changing proxy settings

We should conceder an area wide user group to meet a couple of times a
year. It sounds like a few in the area are working on Projects Like
this.

What's the problem?  Give us some details here and 
I'll bet someone here on the list can help out. 
Who knows, maybe even I can do it!  I'd be willing 
to help out and maybe visit your building if you 
want.  I'd like to meet a fellow Linux user in the 
area.
