[K12OSN] Help!!!

Ok I have the server up and running almost.  Can't get the Mtools fm to
work.  I keep getting "Can't connect to floppyd server on local host
port 5703 - can't initialize A.
I have mount the A drive and am able to copy the Ethernet bootrom I need
to my floppy.  Let me see if I'm thinking right.  
 
I need the bootrom for the clients Ethernet card?  -Intel EtherExpress
Pro/100 -bootrom 82559?
Will the client boot automatically from the floppy?  I have the boot
sequence correct although since it's diskless do I need to do this?
What use is the floppyd server?
