[K12OSN] Scribus

Scribus came out with a new version 1.1.5 last weekend.
I've been having trouble getting it to compile.

It offers some new features over 1.1.3 that I will need in order
to use it to produce my school newspaper.

Any chance of an update rpm for K12LTSP 4.01?
