[K12OSN] Does latest SMP kernel fix hangs?

I would love to test it on my box but am afraid I do not know the proper
way to update the LTSP 4.0 in order to test.  If you could give me
instructions or point me to some I would love to try it.

Doh! I can still get it to crash, it just takes a lot longer. (30min vs
30sec).
