[K12OSN] Milter for outgoing BCC?

<this is not a request for the views about the ethics of copying email, 
please don't respond as such>

Does anyone have a good, reliable way (I'm assuming a sendmail milter of 
some sort) for copying all outgoing mail into a standard mbox file?  I 
have a simple /etc/procmailrc file for incoming mail, and it 
rotates/compresses along with all my syslogs quite nicely -- but I'm a 
little befuddled regarding the outgoing mail...

Any suggestions?
