[K12OSN] USB mouse in k12ltsp 3.1.2

[Hedblom Daniel]

This very mouse works in k12ltsp4 but i run 3.1.2 in my school. I havent
found out where there is any differences between them but i will use
your tip and see if i can get a clue.
