[K12OSN] Windows Term Server in rdesktop...sound?

Both sound and higher color depth are supposed to work in win 2003
but not win2k.  I made a half-hearted attempt to make sound work
but the server itself didn't have a sound card and it appeared that
it skipped installing some parts needed.
