If I rwemember correctly, there is a sample of doing just that in the
ltsp-files or on ltsp.org.

You need to do some work setting it up, but it should be possible.

Well, at least you need to tell the system witch mouce/keyboard
connects to witch screen, but I expect it to be done in XF86Config.

Sure there might be a issue here, but I don't recall the last time I
had to reboot a client to sort up things. At max killing the x-server,
but I guess that could be done on a per client basis.
