[K12OSN] hub vs. switch

I wanted to test out the Hub vs. Switch theory so... I plugged in an old
24 port 10/100 hub =)
with only 3 clients...muahahaha the collision light was solid(not merely
blinking)
and latency was not horrific but rather noticable...

plug in the switch and it all went away...
am still looking for a place to off-load some 3com hubs...
or could be evil and only hook up windows machines to the hubs =)
