Dermot,
Macromedia have produced a Flash plugin that works fine in Mozilla - see
http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/linux.html#Flash
I'm told that Fireworks and Dreamweaver MX both run on Linux under Wine.
If we can give you any additional help over at www.schoolforge.org.uk,
please let us know!
Best regards,
John Ingleby
