Yes, there is for standard LTSP.  I dunno about k12ltsp.

Go to http://www.ltsp.org, on the left-hand side is a link for 
bugzilla.

It's hosted on freedesktop.org, so make sure you select LTSP as the 
project, before adding the bug.
