Looks like you have a run-away process that is using up all of your memory.

MailScanner or ClamAV is the most likely culprit. As another poster pointed
out, you can run "top" and watch for guilty party.

I've heard tails of malicious emails/virus that "zip-bombs" mail servers.
If you make a huge file containing all zeros, for example, it will compress
down to a really small size. You can make a zip bomb my recursively including
zipped copies of such a file. Attach the final zip file to an email and the
victim's mail server may run out of memory trying to unzip the zip-bomb.

Something to look out for in your mail spool...
