Hi Huck,

It depends on what part of this world you live!

I speak American AND English! ;-)

A period "down under" refers to a set amount of time eg. class OR cyclic
biological events of a feminine nature.  :-0

The term full stop is used instead, to avoid "embarrassment".

So we've come to the end of the period with a full stop. :-)
