[K12OSN] terminal was working, now stalls when loading kernel

I have run into that problem also, more or less on a random basis with 
my 8 boxes.  I have found it is better to shut the power to the terminal 
off, unplug the ethernet cable, count to three, plug it back in, and 
turn the terminal power back on.  This works for me so see if it will 
work for you.
