Argh...  whatta nightmare!  Nice hardware though -- very sturdy, and 
built in powersupply (no blister pack) all for $199.

ANYWAY, you need to:

1) get into BIOS, which is factory password protected.  You could open 
it up, and short out the jumpers -- but it's easier to call Neoware tech

support and asked nicely.  :)  The guy I reached assured me he wasn't 
supposed to let me know that the password is "dogbites"

2) set the machine to boot from LAN.  Upon reboot, it won't -- but set 
it that way anywho. :)

3) THEN, when it starts, hit SHIFT-F10 as it boots.  You'll get the menu

to set the NIC for int18 or int19.  It's set to "disabled" by default. 
(I forget too which it is, int18 or 19 that you want)

4) Next is to figure out the video card it has, because it's not 
auto-detected. :(

case.  Unlike the HP thin client, it's actually square enough and strong

enough to put a monitor on top of...)
