[K12OSN] Info on Upgrading from RedHat 9 to Red Hat ES 3.0

Glenn,

I don't have any help you out, but a big thanks. I have been on the 
edge of considering RedHat ES installation. Nice to know that most all 
of Linux 9 config remains the same. I will be using this post as a 
reference in the future, that's for sure.
