[K12OSN] K12LTSP 4.1.0 beta 1

I finished building LTSP 4.1 beta 1 packages that match Jim's bits.
So here we go, the first K12LTSP 4.1 beta, featuring Fedora Core 2
and LTSP 4.1 beta 1.

Standard dislaimers apply: this is a first-beta, don't use it in
production. Be sure have good backups, just in case this thing eats
your hard drive.

I've done three installs and one upgrade via up2date. All went well,
but that is not exactly strigent quality control ;-)

Please report any and all bugs you find ASAP. I would like to have
a final beta ready by July 22nd.

For those that have a K12LTSP 4.1.0 alpha build installed, the
new packages are available via apt/up2date/yum.
