[K12OSN] K12LTSP 4.1.0 beta 1 updates

Via C3 processors used on their Mini-itx boards and probably other boards as well exhibited the same behavior that you described.  There was a patch released which involved booting off an alternate FC2 bootup disk then swapping in the original install disk.  AFAIK Intel chips weren't affected.
