[K12OSN] Window resizing

I just installed beta14 on my personal computer here, and have an issue 
I haven't seen in a while.  When resizing a mozilla window, chaos seems 
to ensue.  That happened to me a while back, but I haven't seen it in a 
while, so I thought it was a bug that was squashed.

The symptoms are hard to describe.  The window just... doesn't resize 
right.  I can move the mouse, and the window size flickers to all 
different shapes, and never really goes where I put it.  It's more 
annoying than anything, but since I have an entire staff coming soon, I 
know I'll hear about it.

Anyone seen this?  Anyone know a solution?
