These messages indicate there is a problem with a change made to your 
/etc/dhcpd.conf.  The problem may have been introduced a while ago, and 
just not used by dhcpd.conf until you rebooted.
It sounds like there is a host stanza in there for ws253 to assign fixed 
address 192.168.0.253 to it.  The problem is that your range of 
addresses still includes 192.168.0.253 and that is in conflict with the 
host declaration.  Try changing the "range" entry just under the 
"subnet" entry in /etc/dhcpd.conf, decreasing the ending address to 
something below 192.168.0.253
