Nevermind.

Apparently I needed to update /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/build_x3_cfg and
/opt/ltsp/i386/etc/build_x4_cfg. Which is strange as I did not have to
do this on tuesday to have X working.

Following up however. Can I prevent this files from getting changed in
the future?
