[K12OSN] Graphic favor: vectorizing tux

Hi folks

The enclosed .gif file needs to be vectorized (adobe illustrator) so 
that it can be used in logo and poster designs... anybody with the 
right equipment & time that can help, please do. I can make it 
available from the web later.
