[K12OSN] Repost: KStars downloaded images blank

I tested an upgrade of KDE to version 3.2 on K12LTSP 3.1.2 & 
K12LTSP 4.0.1 servers. Both now show the downloaded images in kstars. 

I have no idea if this breaks anything else... as such I HIGHLY
discourage from trying this on a production server.

I had to use some of the K12LTSP 4.0.x packages on K12LTSP 3.1.x to
get this to work, so it is especially iffy on K12LTSP 3.1.x.

If you test this, and all works well for you, please let us know.

Okay, disclaimers aside, I used the unofficial KDE 3.2.2 rpms from
kde.org. I added all of the packages + the dependencies into a yum/
apt archive. This (should) work for both K12LTSP 3.1.x and 4.0.x:

/etc/yum.conf

	[kde32]
	name=KDE 3.2 RPMS
	baseurl=ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/apt/kde3.2/
 

/etc/apt/sources.d/kde32.list

	rpm ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/apt kde3.2 kde fedora



In K12LTSP 4.0.x, you can use up2date:

/etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources

	yum kde32 ftp://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/apt/kde3.2/
