[K12OSN] VNC and Blank Screen

I had K12LTSP (rh9) on my system at home and it worked great including the 
vnc remote connection thing.

A few days ago, I did a new, fresh install of K12LTSP (fc1) and got most 
everything back working again . ..

BUT. . .

Whenever I use vncviewer to try to get a remote session, I get the window, 
with the X cursor and a blank, black screen and that is all I get.

What should I look for?  This has always worked before. . . Even on other 
FC1 boxes I have set up using the same CD set.
