[K12OSN] Samba/LDAP how-to in OO format

Thanks for the tips Chris!  :-)  I actually will be rewriting some of this
in the next few weeks.  I learned some new things from Derek Dresser when
I was helping him do a session on Samba/LDAP at the annual Gould Academy
Linux Summer Seminar.  I'm going to add some stuff for simple ACL's and so
forth....I will also make the changes you recommended.  One note:  as for
the WinXP registry stuff...I wasn't sure if Samba 3 had this
licked....hence it was a copy and paste afterthought.  ;-)
