[K12OSN] Windoze Terminal Server and K12LTSP

If you are imaging then Terminal Services is a real pain.  At least I
haven't figured out how to use TS and transfer the liscence.  I have to
keep resetting the liscence when I hit the limit after reimaging
machines.  YUK.  I don't know what MS was thinking.
