[K12OSN] Proxy for Email and other apps not proxied by squid

After all that we found that if you open up the ports on the firewall
and enter your ISP's DNS IP in the network properties (or DHCP so the
clients get the address) then email works just fine using outlook on a
windows box.  No need for sendmail or any of that junk.
