[K12OSN] two test builds

In addition to another v4.1.0 alpha build, I've started work on v4.0.2.

The v4.0.2 build *should* be production ready, but has not been extensively
tested. Note that this does not include LTSP 4.1, which is not yet 
available. I am leaning towards releasing v4.0.2, then releasing a v4.0.3
when LTSP 4.1 is ready. In addition to official Fedora security & bug
patches, the following packages have been updated & need to be tested:
bluefish, ltsp_kernel_i386, root-desktop-urls, scribus and verynice.


The v4.1.0 alpha build is just that, an alpha-quality build. I've done
one network install and verified that it can boot a terminal. That's it
for testing ;-)

The v4.0.2test isos are available via:
