[K12OSN] rc.local file

run 'updatedb' at the commandline
then run 'locate rc.local' at the commandline after the updatedb
finishes...
depending on system updatedb can take a good while =) 5 min+ =)

I went looking for the rc.local file in my K12LTSP 4.0.1 and couldn't 
find it.  Has it been move or incorporated into something else?  Is 
there some other file that is doing that job and if so what is it and 
whee is it located?
