[K12OSN] K12LTSP 4.0.x with Thinknics

I did and I had bumps. Its fine though. You just can't really use your old
lts.conf...you have to use the new one (picky about quotations and the sort.)
One hangup was I used Xvesa on my 3.x box and I couldn't get the machines to
display. Turns out it's just called vesa on 4.x.
