[K12OSN] Samba Migration

Hi K12 list,

There's a growing trend in this list to cross-post and bcc to the 
mailing list. I don't want to be a pain, but it is real bad netiquette 
and it messes up mailing list rules if you bcc a list.

Please try to avoid this bad habit in the future.
