[K12OSN] Windows 98 Username Length

If I remember correctly win98 - 32 characters which can include spaces 
but not */?#@&  I thing in XP it is now 64 characters.  However if you 
are going to go between Linux and Windows it is best to keep them down 
to 32 and use udnder lines instaed of spaces.
