[K12OSN] Monitoring Internet Access

I have just installed CensorNet (also testing K12LTSP and Squid / DG too).
There seems to be a significant delay when switching a user from "Filtered"
to "Unfiltered" access. I have tried closing the browser, ctrl-F5, and
logging the user off then back on. The delay is several minutes long. Any
ideas why I am experiencing this delay? I have the same delay going from
"Unfiltered" to "Filtered" also.

I am accessing CensorNet using the web-based interface from a Win2k
computer.

Take a look at CensorNet.

http://www.censornet.com/

Very slick, pre-configured opensource content filter. We use it and I
highly recommend it.
