[K12OSN] Question on VNC

Hi,
What was needed to make VNC run on the different ports.. ie :0 :1 :2,
etc and start the session and then kill it when you close the VNC
session?  I would very much like to set this up on another machine, but
haven't had much luck.
How do you
A) launch VNC on multiple :x interfaces only when someone connects, and
B) have it disconnect when they are done.?
