[K12OSN] 10 gigabit ethernet is near!

I'm hoping for a big price drop in gig-e items too.
The off brand NICs are inexpensive now but the
switches still cost a lot of money for a cash strapped
school like mine. The cheapest unmanaged 24port 100bt
+ 2gig-e port switch was about $180.
