[K12OSN] Converting from 2003 to K12LTSP

Uhm, are you going to use local devices in the terminals ? If so, It would be a good idea a paper about how you did it so that others could reproducte it.

Here in Spain we're installing linux all over the goverment, but as there're some local distros developed by a company for the goverment, K12LTSP is not the favorite.. 

But I think that it would be a truly interesting documentation about how someone has not only reduced the price of software but the price of hardware using linux.
