[K12OSN] Max concurrent users

Hi everyone,

My site has 3.0.2 on a Duron 900 with 1gb of memory
and it can handle a max of about 12 concurrent users
at once. We also have a P4 1.7 with 1.5gb of ram and
it can only handle 15-17 concurrent users. Is this on
the low side? I'm wondering how my boxes compare to
everyone else. What seems to be the max concurrent
users you guys can handle with your hardware?
