[K12OSN] users breaking?

These two scripts are used to "flush" the .gconfd files of all users. Use
the reset-gconfd file to do an individual reset-gconfd username or use
the reset-all-gconfd to do them all. I recommend doing everyone. If
you're having problems this is one way to fix them. I often had these
issues when switching between gdm and kdm. Let me know how it works.
