[K12OSN] clients not getting assigned ip addy at boot

Hi, I'm setting up a demo k12ltsp system,  and my
client isn't getting an ip address assigned to it at
boot. It just says 

'Searching for server (DHCP)'

and never finds it. 

I can boot client wiht Knoppix, and it doesn't
automatically connect to dhcp. When i run the
'netcardconfig' script it does get an address, and I
can connect to the Internet.

Can someone point me in the right direction here?

btw, im using k12ltsp 3.1.1
