If you want to make your own you can buy an eprom programmer from JED
Microprocessors Pty. Ltd. for $AUD $330 (http://www.jedmicro.com.au/)
and use eproms from old video cards etc. This allows you to make boot
proms for different cards and is easy to do. If you are using old proms,
an eprom eraser is also required.

If not try Alloy http://www.alloy.com.au/products/1439xd.htm. They can
supply boot roms for $11 GST inc.
