[K12OSN] Converting from 2003 to K12LTSP

We at the are discussing moving from an all win 2003 domain to K12-ltsp
 Below is the current configuration of our network at Middle school
(our test school)

Firewall  (Sonicwall)
2 AD Domain controller
1 Fileserver
1 proxy server (This is currently linux)
Print Server
1500 Users
400 desktops

Some aps:
SASI
Follet
SNAP


We are trying to think of the best upgrade path (over time say 1 year)
to make this happen.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
