[K12OSN] Segmentation Fault

I am trying to install the usershellaccess from dungog.net and
everytime I tru to:

rpm -Uvh  filname.rpm

I get Segmentarion Fault

Any ideas?  I tried rebooting the entire system (Sorry, I can't get out
of windows mode) but no luck.
