[K12OSN] LTSP and Macintosh

to make my 5260 work i had to use resolution f 832x624 and a kerneli built 
from 2.4.20-pre11 and nubus patch of etsushi kato with daynacard to fit 
pds slot...biggest issue i had was right click...the mouse speed was not 
really a prob
