[K12OSN] AVG through a Squid Proxy

I'm having similar issues and contacted them about it. They said the
updates are just done on port 80 (which is, of course, open). One place
I have a transparent squid proxy and it works fine. The other is a
network device based on squid that blocks it and I'm not sure what I
need to change.
