[K12OSN] Squidguard cron error

Good-day,

I have squidguard running very smoothly, but every now and then I'm
getting this error in the root's email:

To: root at localhost.localdomain
Subject: Cron <root at k12server>  /usr/sbin/update_squidguard_blacklists
 
@ERROR: max connections (15) reached - try again later
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (67 bytes read so far)
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(150)

Have I done something wrong with the setup?
