[K12OSN] LTSP and VNC

i use x11vnc to view stu\dent ltsp desktops...and am testing its
incorporation into Teach2.py...Set up local apps...run x11vnc -display
:0 on client...then use vnc from server to connect.i have some of it
written up...chuck.
