[K12OSN] tuxpaint in full screen

is it possible to modify something to make TuxPaint start up in full screen mode?  There appears to be no preference to do so.

I wouldn't want to anyway, I really don't want to either log in 600+ times to do the modification, or walk through elementary kids in making this preference change

a modification on the server would be much prefered
