[K12OSN] cpu hog woes maybe figured..

I'm at 35000 unattached Inodes and counting mate..
it's no wonder it didn't work for me...
but what is more odd is that it auto-logged me out...
auto-rebooted....and auto-init 5'd...

depending on which init I was in and how I did the rm -rf *
